PCP precision engineering manufactures a wide range of custom magnetics, ranging from small signal and flyback transformer assemblies to large power transformers up to 5KW. We excel in complicated multi-layered products. Transformers are wound at state-of-the art computer controlled workstations utilizing auto-tensioning and software programs designed by our in-house engineering department. 

PCP precision engineering has the capability to manufacture transformers using a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process. This system strengthens the insulation system, decreases acoustic noise, and extends the transformer's service life.
